Bill Harley is the James Riady Chair of Asian Business in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne and an Associate of the Centre for Workplace Leadership. His research focuses primarily on employee responses to new HR practices, particularly ‘high performance work systems’ and he has published his work in leading international journals including British Journal of Industrial Relations, Industrial Relations and Journal of Management Studies. Bill has consulted to numerous national and international organisations including the OECD and the ILO.
