Dee is an organisational psychologist and a culture and leadership specialist. She has over 15 years’ experience in supporting individuals, teams and organisations in culture shaping and designing change initiatives to embed critical behaviour change.
She has deep experience conducting leadership and cultural assessments including both qualitative and quantitative research methods, specialising in ethnographic research methods. Dee has helped a range of clients to assess their leaders, cultures, develop behavioural change plans and embed behavioural change programs to progress towards their desired strategic imperatives.
She has extensive experience guiding organisations through large scale transformation and change implementation across a variety of industries. She also partners with senior teams and executives on engaging ‘the wisdom of teams’ and working as a coach to supporting executive team achieve high performance. She is trained in the Jon Katzenbach approach to culture change, team alignment and breakthrough performance.
Dee’s experience spans management consulting, cultural change, leadership development and executive coaching for clients in Asia, Africa, South America, and the US. Her specialities lie in supporting organisations to unlock the energy needed to truly drive change in themselves and in others.
