Jesse’s research focuses on diversity management, cross-cultural management, just plain management, and flexibility. His work has appeared in academic and professional outlets and is usually written better than his bios are. His academic career started with a PhD from the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, USA, which is why it’s a PhD in organizational behavior, rather than a PhD in organisational behaviour.
He has taught and conducted research in South Korea, Japan, and now Australia. Prior to becoming an academic, Jesse was the international exchange coordinator at Kwansei Gakuin University and a business project manager in the Merger Integration Office and Corporate Strategies Group at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta.
If you have read this far, Jesse trusts you enough to reveal that he is really only interested in superhero movies, improv comedy, gingerbread lattes, and fried potatoes of nearly any variety. This helps him to get along really well with his three children – yeah, he’s interested in them, too.
