Janett Egber is a mother, an intrapreneur, a community builder and a change maker.
After working for very large organisations for over 20 years, including NAB and ANZ for the last 10 years, she established her own practice in 2017 with a vision to make sustainable impact through innovation and collaboration. Her experience in NAB’s innovation lab (Nab Labs) led her to identify the significant challenges that corporate Australia faces today when it comes to developing entrepreneurial capability and lead cultural transformation.
Janett currently leads the local chapter for The Global League of Intrapreneurs, a community of changemakers working to transform business and systems from the inside out.
Inspiring and encouraging people to develop an entrepreneurial mindset regardless of ‘roles’ or current ‘jobs’ is one of her real passion. She is in the process of designing her life and developing a portfolio of work that aligns to what she believes and the contribution she wants to make.
Janett is a graduate of the Melbourne Business School where she completed her Masters of Marketing, and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
She migrated twice, speaks three languages and feels very proud to call Melbourne home.
