Her career in strategic HR spans the Asia Pacific and Europe, where she has worked for a range of start-ups and large corporations including Facebook, Net-a-Porter and Red Bull.
Lauren has a Bachelor of Economics and Social Sciences and is continuing her education with a Masters of Commerce at the University of Sydney.
